The 4th annual Joan Hisaoka "Make a Difference" Gala was held on October 22, 2011 at the Mandarin Oriental in Washington, DC, with Life With Cancer being one of the main beneficiaries. A huge thank you to Robert and Paula Hisaoka and all the sponsors, donors and attendees for helping make the evening a spectular success -- we are truly grateful.

Joan Hisaoka was a remarkable woman who was 48 years old when she lost her battle with cancer on May 14, 2008. Please visit the Gala website to learn more about Joan and this annual Gala.
