Ricky joined the Inova Peterson Life with Cancer team in 2018 and serves as Administrative Coordinator where he plays an integral role in supporting both the team and the community with a deep commitment to fostering strong, lasting relationships. In his role, Ricky is dedicated to upholding the principles of trust, respect, and integrity, while ensuring that every interaction—whether with patients, coworkers, or external partners—is rooted in these qualities. Ultimately, Ricky strives to be someone the team can rely on, embodying the values of Inova, and contributing to a supportive and collaborative environment both within and beyond the Life with Cancer community. Outside of work, Ricky enjoys a variety of activities including traveling, attending concerts, trying new cuisines, hiking, and taking Zumba and dance fitness classes. With a love for adventure and new experiences, he also enjoy’ s attending sporting events, bowling, and expressing creativity through drawing.
