The Life with Cancer Event Registration System allows you to discover all classes, groups and special events offered through our improved calendar and registration website. The system brings hundreds of events together in one place, making it easy to search and sign up for as many free classes or groups as you’d like from anywhere - your computer, mobile device or tablet.

The account registration process is as easy as ever! In order to register for a new account, you'll want to click on Log In in the top right-hand menu, then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Sign Up Now. If you registered for groups or classes on our previous system within the last year and a half, please first check your inbox for an email verification from noreply@events.lifewithcancer.org.

If you have an existing account on the Event Registration System or have forgotten your password, you can conveniently log in using the "Magic Link" feature, which generates a one-time password (OTP). To do so, click on the "Log In" button and enter the email address associated with your account. Then click on "Get Magic Link," and a unique OTP will be sent to your email address.
A magic link or one-time password (OTP) is a really helpful way for you to log in to your account without having to remember your password. Here's how it works: when you click on the "Log In" button and enter your registered email address, the system sends a unique link to that email address that you can use to access your account. This link is only good for one use and a limited amount of time, so you can rest assured that your account is safe and secure. It's a great way to keep your registration information private and secure!
The registration system allows you to view the event calendar, search and filter by various categories such as language, diagnoses/cancer type and location, as well as sign up for as many free classes, groups and special programs you’d like.

There are two ways to register for a class from the class calendar view. You can hover over the desired class with your mouse and select the ‘Add Class to Registration’ button or you can register for multiple classes by clicking the box in the top left-hand corner of the class description. Once you’ve selected the classes you wish to register for, you can click ‘Show Registration’ or ‘Complete Registration.’
From the Show Registration List, you can view the selected classes and/or delete any classes. Once ready to proceed, click ‘Complete Registration’ (in the top-right corner). You’ll be taken to a page to finalize your registrations – click ‘Complete Registration’ and a ‘Congratulations / Successful Registration’ page should display.

In order to view classes you're currently registered for, you can navigate to the My Account section within the top-right hand menu, and click on My Classes. Here is a quick tutorial on how to access that.
For virtual classes & groups, the Zoom link will be sent via email one-hour prior to the event start time.
In order to view or update your profile information, you can click on My Account in the top right-hand menu, then navigate to My Profile. Here is a quick video tutorial walking you through how to view your profile information, as well as your registered classes.
For participant security and privacy, each person should create their own account/profile with a unique email address. One email address per account/person.
Once you've successfully registered, you will receive Zoom links one-hour before your scheduled group or class. You should also be able to view your Zoom links under "My Classes" one-hour before start time; if Zoom links aren't in the "My Classes" section, the links will be emailed no later than one hour before start time.
This calendar includes only Life with Cancer classes and groups that are offered free-of-charge as part of the Inova Life with Cancer program.
