Jessica joined Inova Life with Cancer in July of 2023 as a Program Coordinator. She has worked in healthcare for almost ten years and her journey with Inova started in 2017 working at Inova Urogynecology and Ob/Gyn. Healthcare has given Jessica the platform to amplify her passion for patient advocacy. She believes that in patient care that effective communication, compassion, kindness and treating every single person with respect and dignity, increases their level of confidence in the healthcare system and their own voice. Being able to be a voice for patients, especially during times of tough transitions is rewarding. Her career started as a receptionist and bloomed into a position of advocacy, leadership and mentoring. In her free time, she enjoys being at home with her family and her dog Raven.
