Milla Grimm is the Manager of Business Operations for Life with Cancer at Inova Schar Cancer. Among other educational achievements, she holds a Master’s degree in International Business and possesses a strong international financial background along with leadership experience. Additionally, Milla has worked as a lobbyist on Capitol Hill.
Throughout her professional career, she has been deeply passionate about humanitarian work, a commitment that influenced her decision to join the team at Inova Schar. This dedication is further motivated by her personal and family battles with cancer.
In her free time, Milla enjoys taking long walks and quiet evenings with her husband. She also loves writing, painting, and staying connected with her family overseas.
