Reid Saunders joined the Life with Cancer team in 2021 bringing 25 years of clinical experience from his private practice. His journey as a healer began with a 3-year residency at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in Lenox MA. While at Kripalu, Reid was immersed in the practice and study of yoga, meditation, nutrition and holistic lifestyle. In 1995 Reid graduated from the Baltimore School of Massage and in 2000 he earned a Masters of Acupuncture at the Traditional Acupuncture Institute in Columbia, MD. He is certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine. In 2021, Reid became certified in Oncology Acupuncture from the TCM Academy of Integrative Medicine.
When he’s not in the treatment room, Reid enjoys pursuing his passions for outdoor adventures, fitness, ethnic food and live music.
