Victoria joined the team at Life with Cancer in October 2023 as a pediatric behavioral health therapist, oncology and licensed clinical social worker. She is based in the Pediatric Specialists of Virginia (PSV) Clinic at Inova Schar Cancer. She received her Master of Social Work degree with a specialization in Clinical Practice from George Mason University.
Prior to joining Life with Cancer, Victoria spent 4 years working as a clinical social worker at Children’s National Hospital in Washington D.C. where she provided crisis intervention and support to patients and caregivers, covering every inpatient unit of the Hospital and a Level I Trauma Center. Her areas of interests include grief and bereavement support, coping/adjusting with illness, and working within the intersection of physical and mental health. In her free time, Victoria enjoys spending time with her cat, dog, and family!
